In response to the needs of our customers as quickly as possible to obtain payment for services and sales of goods from contractors who fail to comply with their obligations, our company has offered the service of buying bad debts.

How does it work?

If you have an uncontested claim and found a letter such as invoices, contracts, recognition of debt, court order, etc., and do not want, or you can not enforce it personally from the debtor, you can move it to our agreed price to be appropriate. To do this simply:

1. Arrange a telephone meeting in our office,
2. Bring a set of documents proving the existence of the claim,
3. Bring all the data on the debtor min. address, phone number and other information relating to such property, etc.
4. Agree with our selling price claims
5. Sign a contract assignment (transfer) a claim with our company, while giving bank account number to which we transfer the money.

In the case of court orders will need to assign the contract with signatures certified by notary. Therefore, we will ask you to plan the time to visit the Notaries.

Certification of signatures is made "stock" notarial service costs are borne by us.

How much time is needed to sign a contract?

Negotiations and signing of the agreement include two meetings.

At first we agree the selling price, and prepare an agreement that we sign, the second meeting, either at our office or at the notary (if you have a warrant for payment).

For how much can I sell my debt and how quickly I receive my money?

We allways negotiate the price of sold receivables and the amount of the purchase price depends on the potential capacity to pay the debt by the debtor.

Money is already transferred within 7 days.

In more complex cases, this period may be extended, as we agree with each customer.
